 When you are referred  to us, we  will formulate a custom plan for you. First, we will need you to organize copies of your timeshare contract and maintenance fee statements. We request for these to be  emailed or be mailed directly to our office.  The sooner we receive your initial documents, the sooner we can start  working on your file. We will begin to work on establishing contact with  the contract holder and from there, to negotiate your settlement.
